Laurence Moscardini was trained in Aix en Provence in the Master of Cognitive Ergonomic Psychology directed by Nathalie Bonnardel and completed a PhD in Paris in the field. She started her professional career as a researcher at the Laboratoire des Usages en Technologies d'Information Numériques (LUTIN Userlab), then worked as a freelance UX Researcher while teaching cognitive psychology and user-centered design at the University of Paris and the University of Corsica. Laurence joined Agilitest's R&D division in September 2021 as Chief eXperience Officer and UX Researcher. She is responsible for the quality of the overall user experience, especially with the product. To do so, she implements UX Research and UX Design methods to study user behaviors and translate these insights into actionable solutions for the product team.
