• Contact, demonstration, documentation, event or trial requests: identity, professional contact details, company, job title, message and communication history.
• Newsletters and commercial information: contact details, preferences, objections and campaign statistics where permitted.
• Job applications: CV, contact details, professional background, skills and information provided by the applicant.
• Browsing and security: IP address, browser, pages viewed, date, time, source, security logs and cookie preferences.
• Customer and licence management: information required for the contract, activation, support and invoicing.

8. Lawful bases

• Steps taken before entering into a contract and performance of a contract for trials, demonstrations, licences, support and orders.

11. Retention periods

• Prospects and commercial enquiries: three years from collection or from the prospect's most recent contact.
• Customers: for the duration of the relationship, followed by evidential archiving; prospecting data may be retained for up to three years after the end of the relationship or the most recent contact.
• Invoices and accounting records: ten years.
• Unsuccessful applications: for the duration of the recruitment process and, where the applicant has been informed and agreed to inclusion in a talent pool, for no more than two years after the most recent contact.
• Data subject requests: for the time required to process the request and retain evidence of its handling.
• Logs and security data: for a period proportionate to the risk and purpose.
• Cookie preferences: generally six months; the specific lifetime of each tracker is stated in the consent management tool.

12. Data subject rights

Subject to the conditions set out in the GDPR, individuals have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability and withdrawal of consent. They may also provide instructions regarding the handling of their personal data after death under the conditions of French law.

AGILITEST applies proportionate organisational and technical measures, including access restrictions, individual accounts, stronger authentication where available, encryption in transit, backups, vulnerability management, secure development practices, incident procedures and awareness training.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. In the event of an incident, AGILITEST applies its procedures for assessment, containment, remediation and notification.

14. Cookies and other trackers

Trackers that are strictly necessary for operation, security or the storage of user preferences may be placed without consent, subject to appropriate information being provided. Analytics, marketing, video, social media or personalisation trackers that require consent are activated only after the user has made a positive choice.

The banner must offer “Accept all”, “Reject all” and “Customise” options with comparable ease and presentation. Refusal and consent are generally stored for six months. A permanent “Manage my cookies” link allows users to change their choice at any time.
